Equipment Rentals
Our rental fleet covers the job from ground work to finished floor: compaction, earthmoving and trenching, concrete saws, core drills, grinders and polishers, power trowels, mixers and buggies, pumps, generators, air compressors, heaters, fans and air scrubbers, scaffolding, and material handling. Every unit is inspected before it goes out.
- Rates are quoted by the day, the week, and the 28-day cycle. Weekend rentals count as one day unless the unit is hour-metered and runs more than eight hours.
- Rent on a house account, or with a major credit card and a current driver's license. Debit cards are not accepted for rentals.
- Not sure which machine fits the job? Call and describe the work. Matching the equipment to the task is what our counter staff do all day.

Delivery and Pickup
We deliver and pick up on our own trucks throughout Hampton Roads and the Richmond area. Hauling charges depend on distance from the nearest branch, tolls, and whether the load is trailered, and we quote them before you commit. Scheduled deliveries are confirmed by phone or text, and after-hours and emergency service is available for customers who need equipment outside normal hours.
Equipment Sales
We sell new equipment from the manufacturers we represent, and we sell used and previously rented machines out of our own fleet. Fleet units come with a known service history because we are the ones who serviced them. Ask for a quote on any model; larger purchases are written up on a sales agreement specific to that transaction, and every sale is backed by the coverage described in our Warranty Policy.
Diamond Tools and Concrete Chemicals
Concrete is our specialty, from pour to polish, and we stock the consumables that go with the equipment: diamond blades, core bits, cup wheels and polishing pads, curing compounds, sealers, densifiers, epoxies, and repair materials. If you are renting a saw, grinder, or core rig from us, we will size the tooling to the job and the material before you leave the counter.
Service and Repair
Our technicians repair the same brands we rent and sell, so they work on this equipment every day. Bay Equipment is an authorized service center for many manufacturers, including Multiquip and Allen Engineering, which means warranty repairs on those brands are handled directly with the factory. We also perform preventive maintenance, engine and hydraulic repair, and pre-season tune-ups on customer-owned machines.
- Workmanship on our repair labor is warranted for 60 days from the invoice date; parts we install carry the manufacturer's warranty.
- Bring the unit to either branch, or ask about pickup and return on our trucks.
- We diagnose first and tell you what the repair will cost before chargeable work begins.
Parts
We stock and special-order genuine parts for the equipment we service. Have the model and serial number ready when you call, and we will confirm the part and the lead time. Stock parts can be returned within 30 days under our Refund and Return Policy.
